I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two years of clinical experience and over five years of professional involvement in the mental health field. My work has centered on supporting both teens and adults through a variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
A significant portion of my background has been dedicated to working with adolescents, particularly in behavior modification settings and in addressing co-occurring disorders. I’ve supported teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use—often in complex, overlapping presentations. I bring a compassionate and structured approach to help young people build resilience and regain a sense of stability in their lives.
In addition to my work with youth, I’ve provided therapy to adults across diverse backgrounds, including Veterans coping with PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. My work in this area integrated a faith-based counseling approach, honoring clients’ spiritual frameworks as a meaningful part of the healing process.
My ongoing professional goal is to specialize in trauma-focused therapy. I am deeply committed to helping clients process and recover from difficult life experiences in a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. Whether I’m working with teens, adults, or families, I strive to provide a space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
