Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. My name is Sierra and I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, AMFT #156465, who provides individual therapy for people of all ages both in person and virtually. I obtained my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Child & Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton. I then went on to complete my M.S. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from California State University, San Bernardino.

I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults. I am eager to provide services addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, boundaries, emotion regulation, loss, grief, self-identity exploration, religious or spiritual transitions, peer relationships, people pleasing, work and academic stress, self-esteem, trauma, meaning and purpose, parenting support, cultural expectations and first-generation students.

Before my time here, I provided services to young adults in the Norco/Corona area, supporting them as they navigated life transitions as well as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and other mental health struggles. Prior to that, I served school aged children as a Registered Behavior Technician and Instructional Aide and supported their socio-emotional well being in school and home settings.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and inclusive space for all individuals. I wish to help others break the mental health stigma that is present within marginalized communities to promote individual empowerment and connection.

I am a huge advocate for self-care in both my personal and professional life. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy yoga and pilates classes, exploring coffee shops, taking care of my cats, and reading novels. Connecting with my support system is important to me, so connecting with my friends and family is a central piece of my life as well.

“Nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort.” ~ Deborah Day
