Therapy is a powerful asset to help you navigate challenges, and phases of life to reach healing and growth. You do not have to walk through it alone. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and changes. I know that therapy is not effective when viewed as a “one size fits all” approach. I integrate an eclectic blend of methodologies, including, Cogni-tive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Fo-cused, Reality Based, Aggression Replacement Training and psycho-education. I believe in a ho-listic approach to therapy; exploring how one’s mind, spirit and body are interconnected. I have a particular passion for addressing the impact of loss and trauma and improving interventions to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical and, relationship health. It is my privilege to collaborate with you, your teen and/or your family to look at your concerns with compassion and, to build the conditions necessary for optimal well-being.
